How It Works – Shinewoods Talent Registration

Step 1: SIGN UP & VERIFY YOUR EMAIL

A. Welcome to the Shinewoods portal! If you are a talent, click on the Talent menu.

B. You will see two options: Sign Up/Login.

          1. If you are an existing user, click on Talent Login.

          2. If you are a new talent, click on Sign Up and fill in the required details.

C. Choose your registration type – whether you are a Performer or Technician.

D. Once all details are filled in, click Register Now.

E. You will receive an email with a verification code. You can either enter this code or click the link in the email to verify your account.

F. After verification, your email will be registered with Shinewoods.

G. Now, wait for the Shinewoods admin to activate your account.

H. Once activated, you will receive a confirmation email from Shinewoods.

Step 2: LOG IN & COOSE YOUR PLAN

1️⃣ Log in to your account using your username and password.

2️⃣ Go to "Plans" and choose a plan that suits you.

3️⃣ Once your plan is activated, you can start building your profile.

Step 3: SET UP YOUR PROFILE

✅ Edit Profile – Click "Edit Profile" on the left side of your dashboard and fill in all the required details. A well-filled profile increases your chances of getting shortlisted by talent seekers.

✅ Profile Photo – Click "Change Profile Photo" to upload a clear, professional picture.

✅ Photos/Audios/Videos – Upload your best-quality work samples (JPG, PNG, GIF for photos). Avoid high-resolution images.

✅ Videos – Showcase your talent with a short video (max 10MB) – it can be a performance clip or a self-introduction.

✅ Success Stories – Share your achievements in the film industry or life to inspire others.

IMPORTANT: Only high-quality photos will be displayed on our web portal. If your photos are not of good quality, they will not be uploaded. This is to maintain professional casting standards. If needed, we can help you create a professional portfolio.

Step 4: Review Your Profile

Once everything is updated, go to "My Profile" under the "Profiles" tab to review your complete profile.
